SQL Server DB Performance Reports

What are the types of Reports that can be taken with regards to SQL Server DBs, Performance, locks etc in a Week/Month?

I need this for SQL 2000.

Take a look at the excellent article series on Performance Tuning by Brent Ozar.

The series provides a complete process walkthrough, ranging from what metrics you should look to collect to how you go about collecting them, right through to analysing the results in Excel.
