Migrating from Access 2000 to Sqlserver 2008

Questionaire or Check List related to Migration form Access 2000 to SQL Server 2008 ? Also Project Plan template for Migration project from Access 2000 to SQLServer 2008 ?

Get the tables into SQL using the wizard. Then go about untangling the mess that is Access Queries. This is by far the most difficult part of the whole process as you have queries on queries on ..n..

What do you intend to do about the front end? Are you intending to keep it in access or are you looking to change this as well? If so, what language are you going to use etc..
