sql server aegnt is not starting

In log it is showing following error

I have two instance, name instance it is running, But for default instance it is not started.

Kindle help me.

Did you recently change the account used to start the SQL agent? If so ensure that you are doing so through the SQL Server configuration manager. Either way use the configuration manager to reset the Agent account and see if you still get the same error.

Is the userID / password that the agent is trying to connect with wrong?

verify if the user at service agent have SYSADMIN privileges
