When I run DBCC SQLPERF(LOGSPACE) on my server. I observed that for some of my databases LOG SPACE USED (%) is more than 95%. Does it cause any problem? How should i get rid of this problem?
Thanks in Advance.

Backup your database so that it checkpoints.
If you have a database in full mode, then you need a backup strategy to match.
You are doing backups currently, aren't you?
