Execute SQL Task in SSIS 2008

In the Execute SQL Task in SSIS 2008, do you set the "BypassPrepare" to True or False. If you set it to True, you are "indicating that the task should prepare the query before executing it." What are the benefits of setting this to True?

If you have object which will not exist before you run the task, then setting this value to false means that it will not throw an error. Obviously the reverse is true and therefore only set this to true if all objects exist at design time.

Also, setting this to true will possibly (depending on the statement), pre-prepare the optimiser for the code, therefore saving a few milliseconds on a query (assuming a bad plan is not chosen).
