Permission denied issue in SQL Server 2008?

Hello everyone, I have created one user with read and write permissions. While he executing queries on sys databases and DMV’s facing the permission denied issue. Msg 297, Level 16, State 1, Line 1 The user does not have permission to perform this action. Now he is asking full access for all databases in all server instances so which is the best way to give him full access on all databases in server. We are planing to give him db owner access but i need to know the best way to give the access. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.. Veejay.

DMV's require the user to have "VIEW DATABASE STATE" or "VIEW SERVER STATE " See [link][1] for further details [1]: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms188754.aspx
