SQL Server Monitoring tools
which one is the best monitoring tool for SQL Server? (My Concerns are Performance monitoring, Reporting, Advice,Alert,Tuning)

I think this is a question of taste more than functions that are offered, as most tools are pretty similar. I use [SQL Sentry][1], and [Confio Ignite][2], but there are lots of them on the market (Redgate, Quest & Idera to name a few more). Each company offers trial software or free versions (with less functionality or a time limit) so you can try them out. I suggest doing just that and comparing the tools to see which suits your needs best. [1]:

I use SQL Monitor from RedGate as it comes as part of a package I have but it can be bought on it own. I also use Confio Ignite Free, because its free and I cant afford to buy any other products! I like to see them both highlight the same issues so I am sure I'm not chasing smoke.
RedGate are busy building the next version of SQL Monitor which is very different from the previous version. You can get a free trial of both from their site although SQL Response v2 is currently a Beta version.
Disclosure: I am a Friend of RedGate so am involved early on in their product development on some tools. I have been testing and trialling SQL Monitor v2 for several months and would have a bias towards using that.

We use SQL Response from RedGate as well. That is not bad but GUI is quite poor if we are compare with other monitoring tools. Idera, etc... That's come with Red Gate Backup tools and they didn't update the version for SQL Response for ages. But as you explained, that might be something interesting for next version of SQL Response.
@leo - it is certainly interesting. A whole world different in the way it presents the alerts and allows you to manage them - grab a free trial of the new version. It runs beside v1 with no problems at all
Yep, and with the new version of SQL Response, you can monitor your servers on an iPad whilst sipping cappachino in a coffee bar.

I suggest you to use MindArray IPM's [SQL Server monitoring tools][1]. It is one of the best monitoring tools for SQL server. It analyzes the resources that affect the performance of SQL database.
