PerfMonitor Problem

I was assigned a task to monitor the production DB Server remotely, My machine is running on Windows XP Prof. Version 2002 service pack 3. The problem is, I am able to access the performance objects called 'SQL Server Locks' of my remote machine. (I can access most of the objects like SQL General Statistics,Memory Manager etc) When I am accessing 'SQL Server Lock', as usual all the counters of 'SQL Server Locks' are displayed in the counter list, but my Add button is disabled... Why it is so?

Is this the only set of counters you cannot add? Can you add base Windows counters or other SQL Server ones from the remote server?
