MSSQL Memory is not showing after hardware change

I installed a new memory IBM 49Y1397 (https://www.allhdd.com/ibm-49y1397-8gb-ddr3-memory/ ) after Installation of new memory, I cannot see Memory settings.

Should I install my old memory to get Memory settings back? Please suggest me how can I get these settings back.

I'd certainly try the old memory to see if that solves the problem. Your new memory could be either bad or incompatible memory... it could also be that you just didn't seat it correctly.
