Restore full backups created on SQL2000 to SQL2019

Records from a table in SQL2019 are missing prior to 2004, I found backups created in SQL2000.

I tried to installed SQL2000 in my computer Windows 11, however I am getting errors such as:

The ordinal 1 couldn't be located in the dynamic link....

SQL 2000 won’t install on Windows 10.

If you have SQL2008R2 you can restore your databases there then backup restore to 2019.

If you must use SQL2000 you need to install Windows Server 2000 or Windows XP something that was available when 2000 was available.

Can the backup from SQL 2000 be restored in SQL 2008R2?

Yes, you can restore 2000 database to 2008R2 or below without issues.
