I have few question to know when doing the assement/maintaing the large environment

It took 40min in test environment and still running so I cancelled in the middle. So instead of running whole scripts, I decided to run individual queries (Product information 1 query & Licence information as 1 query like that).
1)How do you usually save the result, instead of running 14 times individually and getting 14 csv files. How to combine the results of 14 queries and save as 1 excel file?
2) When you usually run the queries, I know there is option to export results as csv file but if the user that connected the SQL and run the queries is not the user of that machine. So can't use the excel. Is there any other options available?
3) Is there any other values that we need to run to do the assessment? How do you usually do in new environment?
4) If you have about 150 servers, how can you maintain with out registering for multi server administration ?
