Unable to add replica

I cannot add replica when trying to create a new availability group on node 1. Appreciate any help.

As your using a named instance ensure UDP1434 has open in the windows firewall.

Also ensure the named instance is running on a static TCP port and that is allowed through the firewall also.

Ensure the named instance has the TCP/IP property enabled and the SQL Browser service is also started.

When the firewall is all in place test connectivity using powershell and the TNC cmdlet (replace 1433 with the static port you set)

TNC wsfc-node2 -port 1433

Which will detail if communication can be established on the port used.
