Report Server Time not synching correctly

We have a group of report set up for a client with the Execution datetime of the report in the footer. The client is stating that since Daylight Savings Time, the report Execution Time is off by an hour. Any ideas on how this would occur?

Only thing I can think off is the server time vs the client time is out by an hour. Not uncommon to have servers in UTC or a none daylight savings zone so it doesn’t switch times.

Also what parameter are you using to display the time?

Thanks. that was what I was thinking as well. Now it's only a matter of time to wait for the client to reply back to me.
