Msg 7399, Level 16, State 1, Line 1 OLE DB provider 'MSDAORA' reported an error.

Hello Team,

I want to create link server between sql server 2000 and oracle 11g, i install oracle cleint and sql management studio 2012 in my VM, i create a link in sql server, but when i try to get query i have the below error:

SELECT * FROM OPENQUERY([ORASOULINK] , 'select * from apps.ap_suppliers') ;

[OLE / DB provider returned message: ORA-12535: TNS: the time limit for the operation has expired ]

Msg 7399, Level 16, State 1, Line 1

OLE DB provider 'MSDAORA' reported an error.
