Hi I have an issue with SQL replication ( snapshot) sql 2014 not replciationg permissions

Hi I have an issue with SQL replication ( snapshot) sql 2014. 'Server A' is the publisher 'Server B' is the subsscriber. I am replicating a database to server B. I have created logins on server A ( AD Groups ) applied a default dbase, set server role as Public, the user Mappings are for the dbase required.. On the table within the dbase I have applied permissions to that group with SELECT . I have set the same up on Server B to ensure that the clients can connect and refresh their data. which works fine. As soon as it replicates to server B , then the permissions are removed on the specific table . Any ideas ?
