Multi Subnet Availability Group Listener not switching to DR IP

Hello,

I am testing out our DR setup and I am unable to get our listener to use the DR server's IP after we failed over to it.

In the image above, we successfully failed over to the DR server (###.###.3.23)

In doing an nslookup, The listener does not switch over to the DR's IP, but instead, stays on the "old" primary server.

Please let me know what more info I can add to get this resolved.

Is the listener configured for both sub-nets?
