Rename a VSC++ form after creating a new win-forms project

I am trying to rename the default Form1 form name to LabReportsC name. But I keep getting the following errors. Error 1 error C2872: 'LabReportsC' : ambiguous symbol C:\Visual Studio 2010\C++ Projects\LabReportsC\LabReportsC\LabReportsC.cpp 16 Error 2 error C2061: syntax error : identifier 'LabReportsC' C:\Visual Studio 2010\C++ Projects\LabReportsC\LabReportsC\LabReportsC.cpp 16
