SSIS Error: A buffer failed while allocating 7453916 bytes.

Hey guys I have been struggling with this memory issue and all articles I saw on google was of no help.

I am using SSIS 2017 version.

I have plenty of memory available on my system. I read that people suggested to change DefaultBUfferSize. I changed this to the minimum value. i changed this to 104857600. I also change BuffermaxRows to 400. But I keep gettin this error. Any help is hghly appreciated.

I get following error:

Error: A buffer failed while allocating 7453916 bytes.

Error: The system reports 50 percent memory load. There are 34359332864 bytes of physical memory with 16931729408 bytes free. There are 4294836224 bytes of virtual memory with 109977600 bytes free. The paging file has 68716720128 bytes with 56165310464 bytes free.

[Lookup MasterEntityId [4663]] Error: Unable to allocate memory for hash table.

Is that error coming from the SQL Server engine itself? or from within SSIS?
