What's the table definition? And like Tom said, what have you tried?
Since this definitely looks like a test or interview question, I'll just give you a hint. Which table do you think you'd find a "City" name in. Then, just follow that through the ERD to the only table that has anything to do with any form of revenue and the query will almost write itself.
