Our SSRS stopped emailing reports via subscription and am at a loss to determine why. Up until a month ago, everything was working fine.
Two subscriptions are setup to each email the report as Excel and PDF respectively. They both fail.
Other subscriptions to dump the report into a folder works fine.
It returns the following error...
Failure sending mail: Error in processing. The server response was: 4.4.62 Mail sent to the wrong Office 365 region. ATTR35. For more information please go to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=865268 [SN1NAM01FT051.eop-nam01.prod.protection.outlook.com]M
Verified with other individuals if report was being received. It was not.
Stopped and re-started the SSRS services.
Removed original emails and ran a test with just mine and get the same error message. Emails are to our Outlook email accounts.
Ran test to just a Gmail account. Came back with
'Failure sending mail: Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.64 TenantAttribution; Relay Access'
Created a new subscription with the same result, failure.
SQL Server 11.0.3128.0
We're using Outlook Office365 as our email provider.
Is this an issue with SSRS or Outlook? As mentioned, it was working fine up until a month ago.
