Mirroring Unsent Log taking time to get transferred to DR

Hello All,

During a defined time when an application job runs we experience log generation which is approximately 8-10 GB. The PROD and DR are on different coasts. It takes round 2-3 hours to get transferred with speed 1234 KBPS. While if we see the normal file transfer speed is around 50 MBPS.

The network team mentioned the 5022 port is already in optimized state.

Please suggest what more can be done on this.

Also, how many databases are mirrored on the instance and are there other large volumes of log generation happening on those databases are the same time?

How long does the job take to run when it's not in a mirror?

Is the job running all that data through in a single transaction?

Not sure because job was running in the past as well but unsent logs were not getting accumulated for more than 20 mins.
