SQL server configuration in linux to enable TCP/IP

Hi guys,

usually if we use mssql in windows, we can enable the tcp/ip at SQL server Configuration manager under SQL server Network Configuration > Protocols for (INSTANCE NAME) > TCP/IP *enable*

but how can we do the same configuration in Ubuntu server? for now i have tried search abt sqlcmd but i couldn't config it properly.
