SSIS attach file to send email by matching filename with recipient id value from SQL table

I have created a dynamic report with report id using data driven subscription in SSRS. I have multiple files located in my shared drive I need to match the first 4 character of my file name with recipient id which is stored in sql table. Could someone help me how I can do this? thank you for your help.
