transactional replication and busy log file

HI All,

I have enabled transaction replication for a database that is also configured in a 4 node always on setup. i used the following guide to set up the replication:

we now have an issue whereby the transaction log backups for the replicated database are quite sizeable and i can't understand why.

has anyine else seen this issue before and resolved it ?
