In Data Warehousing are Length, Height, and Weight Additive Facts?

Hi there,

With regards to surveying assets for a company, in terms of data warehousing are measures of length, height, and weight additive facts across dimensions of Company, Survey, Date, and Property?

TIA

No I don't think so, because the very definition of additive is 'it can be summed across all dimensions'. Does weight, length and width sum across them all? In my mind they don't. If somehow you're able to sum them across a few dimensions, then they'll be semi-additive.
