Oracle 9i on Windows 2016/SQL 2016 ENT SP1

We are in the process of implementing a new ERP system. As part of that process, I am putting a data warehouse in place as well as standing up new report servers on SQL 2016. The load and data store tables are in place and refreshing nightly. I know that I can use reporting services against the warehouse but the data refresh jobs take around 3-4 hours and cause extra load on the source servers (windows 2003 with 4gb ram) and some of these reports need to be written against live data in the Oracle instance. The old servers were server 2008/SQL 2008R2 but they were able to still have the oracle client components installed using 10g. I know it's a 64bit vs 32bit issue, but I'm hoping that someone has found a workaround or hack that can be used. It's a temporary fix as the servers will be shutdown in 6 months.
