How to know how much memory is consumed by SSIS SSAS and SSRS.

We have a physical machine with Win 2008R2. 16 GB RAM. Half of the memory is allocated to SQL Server database engine (9 GB). However other SQL Services like SSIS, SSRS and SSAS are also installed on that server.

Total memory usage has spiked upto 95%. How do i figure out what is eating away this memory. And how much memory is being consumed by SSIS SSAS and SSRS? Thanks in advance.

First you can use task manager to look for the specific executables for SSIS,SSAS,SSRS to get a snapshot of what it's consuming right that second. You can also use perfmon to track usage over time.
