i have a table which has 5 million records partitioned by 366 day wise partition and having last 20 days of record.

i have a table which has 5 million records partitioned by 366 day wise partitionandhavinglast 20 daysof record.

the table partitioned Index becomes 98% fragmentation for 5K record insertion. Can some one help on this to resolve ?
