where is the databases connecting list for Server2012

When I start SQL Server 2012 from Server Management Studio, databases tag ispopulated with a lot of databases. Where can I find and edit this list ( I assume that there is one somewhere). My probleme is, that when expanding databases tag, it stops because one (or more) databases is/are not connectable.
