Filestream Growth Out Of Control?

Hi there,

For the last couple of weeks I have noticed that the growth in Filestream size appears to be out of control, particularly at the weekend when weekly maintenance tasks take place. In the last 2 weeks it looks like the Filestream size has doubled!! Are there any known issues with Filestream on SS2014, and is there any way that I can shrink unused Filestream space?

To clarify the difference between the Filestream and actual folder size: (SELECT (Size * 8 / 1024) FROM sys.database_files WHERE type = 2) give 800Gb while checking the folder directly gives 500Mb. Why the difference?
