SQL Agent job fail

Hi Everyone. Message Executed as user: DOMAIN\USER_ID. System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): Access is denied at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithCreateProcess(ProcessStartInfo startInfo) at ddbmaSQLCLRLib.DDBMASQL.RunExecutable(String operation, String executable, String bkParam, String stdin) [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 0) Fail! [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 50000). The step failed.

The above error is found wne I craeted a job in sql server 2012, and the step is scripted out to executed the backup job in DD Boost. Let me know if any one can help to trouble shoot.
