Can you create an availability group on a single node cluster

We had our SAN go down and we are in the process of trying to rebuild clusters and groups, I have seen in the operating system that you create a single node AG, but I have not been able to find how to do this in SQL Server. It would be extremely helpful if someone could reveal how that is done. If the answer is Nope can't do it, then that's OK too

Thank You

Yes, it is no different than creating an AG with multiple replicas you just provide one. However do note though that since the AG has no place to replicate the database, the log will never truncate and will constantly grow until it has somewhere to replicate the log.
