VERY HIGH PAGE READS AND WRITES / SEC

Hi All,

We have a sql server 2008 standard edition with a 12 gb RAM sitting on a brand new 10GB Network with enterprise SSDs.The server I have inherited is not regulary suffering from performance issues but occasionally suffers from writelog waits. Now when doing my investigations and while checking for memory pressures, I came across the following. It has completely shocked me, but may be I am wrong. This server could use a breather.
