What to do after my sql server primary file group has reached 10gb?

What to do after my sql server primary file group has reached 10gb? Q1- Can i delete it? Q2-Can i transfer it without disturbing the flow of database? Q3-Can i create a new filegroup? Q4-Can i free it if i create rows from my database?
