Support price per Database (NOT Instance)
Hi, It is common to have Unit based pricing model for Infra support & for DBA support, usually the unit used is Instances for DBA support. Monthly MSP Ops support cost would be = # of instances * unit rate agreed Have you seen a practice of using the # of databases (vs # of instances) as the unit , Could you share the pros and cons if you have come across this ?. regards RKR +91 98803-07939
