How to lock a SQL login after N unsuccessful login attempts

If you open the properties for a SQL-login and check the "Enforce password policy" checkbox, SQL Server will adhere to the Windows password- and lockout policy. Then you set a local (or domain) password- and lockout policy which you want SQL Server to use.

Thanks ! I know this Solution But domain admin don't it, how to do it by logon trigger.
