Dreamweaver 2017 Connection to SQL Server

I'm using Dreamweaver 2018, but cannot connect to SQL Server. I have tried both the SQL Server authentication and the windows authentication connection strings, but still no success. I have the pdo driver installed and the extensions added in the php ini files. What am I missing? Thanks in advance!

What is appearing in the SQL Server log? Anything?
