Can Report in SSDT 2015 be run and scheduled without Reporting Server?

Hello, I have built report in SSDT 2015 , I have connection to server, I have data, output looks OK. Report is on my C drive and shared folder. Can I schedule it to run and distribute to other users without Reporting Server? or I need to beg our company to make reporting server for us? THANKS!!!

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

You need SSRS if you want to run reports automatically. But saying that, you could always look at re-creating the report as a T-SQL HTML script and use sp_send_dbmail instead to execute the script, format some HTML and send it out as a mail.
