MDW wait stats inaccurate and database growth

Hi, Few days ago I set up central management data warehouse and connected there few instances. After it had run for a while I stumbled upon two unusual behaviours: 1) I read that data collector gathers lots of information ca. 600MB per instance per day however mine MDW grows ca 800-900MB daily and 60% of database space is unused. It seems autogrowth is triggered by some MDW process but I cannot figure it out which? 2) this concerns me even more, when I compared waits snapshot script (by P. Randal) results with SQL Server Waits charts and ranking its completely inaccurate. Script shows the CXPACKET wait as the one which requests spend time most on, and MDW report SQL Server Waits doesn't even shows it Wait category even when categories are drilled down. And as most time consuming wait it shows BROKER_TASK_STOP. Did I misconfigured anything at the beginning ? Any suggestions appreciated! BTW. all SQL Servers are in 2016 version
