SSRS 2008 subscriptions Migration to 2016

Hi All, I have a Report folder in SSRS 2008 with 30 + reports and they combined have about 550+ subscriptions. I want to migrate these to SSRS 2016. Moving the reports is not a problem but I am looking for a efficient way to move all these subscriptions along with the SQL Agent jobs. Does anyone have experience with doing this before? Regards
