I have Migrated the data from Informix to SQL server 2016(With SQLINES Tool) .After initial migration we just want to load incrementally.
Is it possible in any way?? If it is let me know.

That rather depends on your data structures and how it's being used. If, for example, you have tables with timestamps on them, or update dates, then migrating that data should be easy enough - assuming that that data is accurate.
Otherwise, you may just have to compare each table individually.
