sql server configuration manager shows mmc could not create snap-in

when i am trying to add sql server database to my project visual studio was showing error 26 and it could not be connected server after searching on the internet i found that i have to make a connection from sql server configuration manager after i found nothing other than MMC could not create snap-in error please tell me what should i do for this i am trying from many days. below is the image of sql server configuration manager. ![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/4315-net.jpg
