Assistance with Creating a Complex Stored Procedure

Stored Procedures, I was assigned to create a new front end of an existing tool/site and the goal is to use existing code and existing sql tables. I successfully imported data from the page over to a table I created. I am now required to insert that data over to an existing table to continue the flow. This is where I need help with creating a stored procedure to accomplish this, which I am not sure how to even begin. I hope someone can assist me!! **My Table with data from page:** ![alt text][1] 1. **Business Model Name** will come from the Business Model Table. In my case, each question is considered a business model based on a set of tasks selected. For instance, if a user select Yes for question 2, then task UID4-6 is selected. (I need to add this to the SP as well) 2. **Phase** will come from Task Table 3. **Agile** will always be “NA” 4. **StateID**: The answers to question 1, question 3 and question 3 within the Program Information Answers Table determines the StateID. For example, if a question is answered Yes, which output is 1, then stated is 1, else, 0. **The following tables are relevant in order assist:** ![![alt text][2]][2] [1]: /storage/temp/4292-program-answers-table-2.png [2]: /storage/temp/4293-business-model-table-2.png

This sounds like a homework assignment. What have you tried so far and what were your results?
