Can anyone help with any approach for data migration from Pervasive SQL (Btrieve) to SQL 2008 or 12 database?

we are working on a data migration project from a very old pervasive sql btrieve database to any supported SQL server? Can anyone input any approach on tools,techs please?

I would look at SSIS to see if you can connect to it via ODBC or something. I've never tried this but SSIS is pretty flexible.
