WaitOnConsumer in mode: 2 by consumer: NNNNN in DB: NN with result: 2.

Hi, We intermittently see the below errors on one of our SQL 2014 server: WaitOnConsumer in mode: 2 by consumer: NNNNN in DB: NN with result: 2. These errors are very brief and coincide with I/O intensive operations (e.g. CHECKDB), Anyone else have come across this undocumented error, Please suggest? Thanks, Deepak.
