Backups failing due to disk issues

Hello Friends, My backups are failing every now and then with below error message . can someone help me please in fixing this ? BackupIoRequest::ReportIoError: write failure on backup device '\\backups\DatabaseA Full Database.bak'. Operating system error Insufficient bytes transferred. Common causes are backup configuration, insufficient disk space, or other problems with the storage subsystem such as corruption or hardware failure. Check errorlogs/application-logs for detailed messages and correct error conditions..

What's the storage type / configuration?

I don't have much information on it , i am afraid. I can ask my network team if you could precisely say what i need to ask.

No Offence, but did you check the log? Have you checked how much disk space you have got? try to rule out suggested causes starting by most easy one first.

i have checked all the logs, we have enough disk space.

also the system logs on the server that hosts the backup share? It sounded like you didn't have much access? Any write failures should be in the system logs of the server hosting the share or the underlying storage array (if there is one).

Anyone with this issue please.
