sql service not starting after memory change

memory got changed from default to 128 I tried repairing but that didn't work. I can start service using net start but can't login to management console due to administrator account and you can only have one person logged in.

I know it's a bit late, but connecting using SQLCmd and the dedicated administrator connection should be possible. If it is, then using sp_configure to set the maximum memory is straightforward. So, on the server, in a CMD window: C:\> SQLCmd -S ADMIN:. -E You'll then see a prompt: 1> Start typing SQL Server statements here. exec sp_configure 'show advanced options', 1; -- might not be necessary. Check output from running 'sp_configure' on its own reconfigure; exec sp_configure 'max server memory', 4096; -- or something more, depending how much memory your server has reconfigure; GO Good luck.

Is this a named instance? If so, you'll need to have the SQL Server Browser service running as well, and to name the instance on the SQLCmd line. If that's not the case, then you might need to stop the SQL Server service, navigate a separate command window to the SQL Server BINN directory, launch SQL Server service with the -m parameter, and then try the SQLCmd bit again.
