Easily add descriptions to Tabular dim/measure groups etc

Hello I have taken over a 2014 SSAS Tabular cube and there isnt any descriptions on the Dimensions and Measure groups, i was looking to see if there is an easy way to update these , preferably if there is a way to alow users who know about each section to update or maybe generates scripts that i could run on server to update the SSAS cube? I have a set of linked reports that connect directly to the SSAS cube and allows users to see each dim and measure etc ( drill down / through ) but i cant seem to find a nice way to allow users to update these? Can anyone advise? i found SQL Server for excel ( http://www.sqlforexcel.com/) that allows users to change cells and then it generates a script for a DBA to run, was hopping for something similar for SSAS? Any help would be great. thanks
