SSRS does not come back after server crash

SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services services did not start automatically after the crash last night on one server erpdimp01. I was able to get SQL Server started (it took 5 or 6 attempts), but SSRS service will not start. It returns with a timeout error message. The entire VM seems to be running at a crawl. For example, the event viewer failed to load the first time with a timeout as well. One district office is unable to view their Work Order reports while SSRS is down.

Have you checked the SSRS logs \Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.3\Reporting Services\LogFiles
