Copy Database Wizard Failure in SQL Agent Job

I am attempting to make a copy of a database on the same server as an archive(size constraints). I have enough space on another drive on the same server in which I created a folder. I used the SQL Management Object method. It failed! I have included showing the steps I took and the SQL Agent Failure log. I looked at the Copy Database Wizard documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/relational-databases/databases/use-the-copy-database-wizard See attachments. The job runs for a brief moment; I saw the database name created on the alternate drive. On failure the database disappears. Is this a permission issue? In the “schedule the package dialog box is lists the Integration Services Proxy Account as SQL Server Agent Service Account… is this just the default, yet it does not really exist? Where would I find the SQL Server Agent Service Account if it does exist? Do I need to create a Proxy account? Have you other recommendations other than Copy Database Wizard?
